We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the clean and comfortable room with modern bathroom and good air conditioning. The hotel facilities were also impressive, including the well-equipped gym and delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The location was convenient with access to transportation and shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

My Christmas stay was ruined by the terrible air conditioning. It was so hot inside the room, and even though I tried to adjust the temperature, it didn't work.

The air conditioning was turned off during the colder season, making it uncomfortably hot in the room.

The sauna was not up to par, offering less, than, ideal temperatures and uninviting ambiance. this minor issue was compensated by the outstanding service of the staff, who offered alternative options to relax and unwind.
